النفط والبطالة وأزمة الإسكان: تحديات المستقبل | بودكاست فنجان

تشكل مشكلة الإسكان أحد أهم التحديات التي تواجهها المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو هم يشغل المجتمع بأكمله، حيث نشهد اليوم نموًا كبيرًا وتزايد في أعداد الأسر، وهذا التزايد في السنوات الماضية مثل تحديًا كبيرًا لوزارة الإسكان في العمل على ايجاد الحلول الممكنة لتحقيق أهداف رؤية 2030 في حل أزمة الإسكان. 

برجس حمود البرجس، هو كاتب صحفي ومستشار متفرغ في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية وإدارة الأعمال العليا والاقتصاد. عمل بشركة أرامكو السعودية من سنة 1981 إلى 2010 في قطاعاتها المختلفة متدرجًا كمهندس لمراكز إدارية ومستشار تخطيط وتحليل شامل لاستراتيجيات الشركة وأهدافها والخطط المالية السنوية والتحليل الاقتصادي.

يرى أ. برجس أن برامج الإسكان التي تعمل عليها عدة قطاعات حكومية مثل برنامج «سكني» و «الإسكان التنموي» استطاعت تحقيق تقدم ملحوظ وحل بديل لأزمة السكن. فاليوم استفادت أكثر من 31 ألف أسرة في الاحصائيات الأخيرة من شهر سبتمبر 2020. 

فمن الناحية التنظيمية استطعنا ضبط المعادلة وتحقيق أهداف تضمن الاستدامة، لكن يلزمنا أن نضع المعايير والآليات لضمان التميز في التنفيذ والجودة. 

أما عن ارتفاع معدلات البطالة فيقول أن التحسينات المستمرة في معدلات البطالة منذ بدء الإصلاحات الاقتصادية لا زالت مستمرة بالرغم من جائحة كورونا التي تضرر منها الكثيرون كما حصل في العالم أجمع، ولكن حلول هيكلية البطالة لدينا تمكن في دعم الاقتصاد المحلي والقطاع الخاص لتوليد الوظائف وزيادة فرص العمل للمواطنين في مشاريع الأجهزة الحكومية والخاصة. 

لكن من هو المسؤول الأول عن زيادة نسب البطالة التي تتجاوز 11٪ في السعودية؟ وهل من الممكن أن تحل أزمة البطالة بإحلال العمالة الأجنبية؟
